Lauren Pollaro – Art Jewlery

The terms collage and assemblage best describe Lauren Pollaro’s process in making her one-of-a-kind pieces. She creates harmony with the interplay of dynamic color, texture, materials and technique. She received her degree in fine arts from the University of New Hampshire and has been working as a jewelry artist for over twenty years.

David Ernster – Ceramics

David Ernster has always been interested in vessels and the ideas of containment and protection, and the mystery they evoke. He received a BFA in metalsmithing and jewelry, and an MFA in ceramics from West Virginia University. He has worked professionally as a production potter, goldsmith and designer, independent studio artist, and educator. He continuously explores new forms and techniques; many of his most recent pieces are included in this exhibition.
