I came to ceramics seven years ago and immediately felt like I found home. My training includes classes at Purple Sage, Sanctuary Arts and Chases Garage. I now work out of my home studio in Kittery Point, Maine and reduction fire at Chases Garage in York, Maine. I like to push the limits of clay and find beauty in the breaking points. The work that I find most satisfying are those pieces that are not planned but are created by serendipity of my intent with the clay’s will.

I grew up in the Seacoast area and spent endless weekends at our family camp in Maine. My ceramics work draws from this experience, focusing on creating textures to 3-D forms.
